Love : cause and effect

Love is influenced by physiological and psychological aspects that interact with each other. From a physiological viewpoint, love can be caused by two chemical substances. The first is dopamine. Something that is sublime or beautiful triggers or activates dopamine in the brain, which can stimulate feelings of attraction. The reasons why romantic love fades may be found in the way our brains respond to the surge or sudden large increase of dopamine that accompanies passion and makes people feel satisfied.

Another chemical substance is oxytocin. Oxytocin is a hormone that promotes a feeling of connection. It is released when someone hugs his or her long-term spouse, or their children. It is also released when a mother nurses her infant. Psychologists say that the feeling of love is caused by a state of acceptance. The more we have acceptance, the more there is a feeling of love. When a sublime or beautiful object is presented to the senses, our acceptance causes a relaxation of the body and produces a feeling of love. Both physiological and psychological aspects are important in the occurrence of love.

  2. What dyu mean by logical explanation? Love sometimes hard to be explained in a such way.."When you love someone.. You'll do anything, all the crazy thing that you can't explain.. You'll shot the moon and put out the sun"...Manythings cannot be explained by logical way... Mathematics even does so.. From rational value finally goes to irrational values such as 'e' logarithm, limit, etcDoes it make sense?
